Acter's First Training Camp For Reserve Executives Was Successfully Completed

On October 17, the closing ceremony of the first Reserve Supervisor training camp of Acter was successfully completed, and 32 colleagues completed their own closing ceremony and successfully received the completion certificate.
The opening ceremony of the training camp started from the 5km hike of Shushan Mountain, led by the general manager Zhu Qihua. The team set off from the meeting point at 7:30 on time, entered Shushan Mountain under the mist in the mountains, and walked to the company. This was just a small prelude to the training camp, and the communication between the training members was strengthened during the walking process.
In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company, improve the company's talent training system, establish a high-performance management team, create a good education environment, and cultivate compound management talents, the training camp arranged a two-day training course, including project management, interpersonal relations, legal knowledge and financial knowledge courses. The course activities are carried out in the form of a group. Discussions can be held within the group. Members of the group speak actively and interact actively with the teacher.
On October 17, the closing ceremony of the training camp was officially held, and the theme of the activity was Dayang Mountain Walk, starting from Suzhou Paradise Water World, crossing Dayang Mountain to Shushan Mountain, and then walking back to the company.
The whole journey is about 8km, and the competitive challenge project is designed on the way, which hones the will of the students in a more interesting way, and strengthens the determination to unite efforts, work together and achieve the goal. It is not only a physical challenge, but also a collision of wisdom!
Two small games set at the top of the mountain, three chess and two people three feet, the game is required to participate in the team members, to a coordinated physical and mental battle. The team members participated enthusiastically in the whole process, and each team successfully completed the race and reached the finish line smoothly. The 8km hiking + climbing was not a small amount of exercise for those who do not exercise normally. However, all of our team members successfully completed the race, which aroused their own potential and also experienced the spirit of teamwork.
This is a test of perseverance!
All the members successfully reached the end of the line, the certificate of completion was issued, the arrival time was earlier than expected, feel everyone's enthusiasm and energy!
This event specially invited Director Yang Beichuan, Associate Director Liao Meihui, Associate Director Xu Zunhe to give you a certificate of completion and MEDALS, all colleagues involved in climbing the mountain will be issued a commemorative medal after the company.
Through this training camp, the students have broadened their horizons of management knowledge, improved their ability to prepare for future management positions, and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of collaboration. As managers, they shoulder greater responsibilities and need to lead the team for collaborative development.
