On October 28, 2021, 30 colleagues from different departments of Acter but with the same goal gathered in Suzhou company to participate in the second Acter's Reserve Supervisor training camp, successfully completed their own completion ceremony, and successfully received the completion certificate.
This year's camp opening ceremony still started with a 5 km hike on Tree Mountain, which is like our back garden, and strengthened the communication between the team members through a short hike process of a few kilometers. The early morning walk into the tree mountain walkway against the mountain mist is just a small prelude to the training camp.
After the opening ceremony, it was time for formal training. This training camp invites excellent lecturers inside and outside the company to impart excellent professional experience, gather wisdom and empower, and be full of practical dry goods. All participants will deepen their learning from team management, financial awareness, legal knowledge, safety management and other aspects to further understand the abilities needed to be a qualified supervisor.
The class is held in the form of a group, and discussions can be held within the group. Members of the group speak actively and interact with the teacher actively.
At the end of the two-day course, the completion ceremony was opened - themed activities around the moat, cruise boats to enjoy the scenery on both sides, and hiking to measure the ancient city of Gusu.
The boat departs from Xinshiqiao Dock, passing through several ancient Suzhou city gates, where the team members drink Biluochun and taste Suzhou style snacks on board, and blend into the scenery of the moat with the boat.
On the morning of the 30th, everyone arrived on time at Laochang Men, ready to go, and continued to complete the remaining route of the cruise on foot. Facing the first ray of sunshine in the morning, start from the north wharf of Chang men, enjoy the scenery along the coast, and measure the prosperity and bustle of the ancient city of Gusu with your steps.
We set up a game clock at the city wall on the way, visited the city wall museum, and set up a small game on the city wall, and the team members participated enthusiastically in the whole process, a collaborative battle of brain power.
All the members successfully arrived at the finish line and were presented with certificates of completion. In particular, General Manager Zhu Qihua, Senior Manager Zhang Jinbao and Zhang Hebing were invited to present certificates and prizes to everyone. All the colleagues participating in the activity would be given a gift.
This training camp covers management, finance, law, safety and other classroom training, as well as outdoor outreach activities. Through this training, the participants have broadened their horizons of management knowledge and improved their ability to prepare for future management positions.
