Acter Integration issued 20 million shares in this public offering at RMB 27.25/share. Raising 485 million yuan, the company's listing to raise funds after deducting issuance costs, will be used to supplement the cleanroom engineering supporting working capital projects, R & D center construction projects, marketing and service network construction projects.
