In order to earnestly implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", implement the company's emergency plan management system, and carry forward the theme of " Everyone attaches importance to safety and everyone will respond to emergencies " in 2023, the company organized a fire drill on June 16, 2023, and all the staff of the Suzhou office participated in it.

The purpose of this exercise is to allow employees to actually experience escape in a high temperature closed, smoke-filled, narrow and dark environment, to improve employees' escape awareness and ability at the scene of fire smoke, as well as the organization and coordination ability of various departments in emergency situations. The training includes the fire theory training, the recent classic fire case analysis, how to prevent fire, how to put out the initial fire, the use of basic safety equipment and how to save and escape in fire scene.
In particular, if the electrical fire occurs in the case of non-high voltage electricity, water can be used to fight the fire at the beginning; After the fire occurs, if the personnel cannot extinguish the flame, they must immediately give up the rescue, give priority to their own personal safety, and immediately flee the fire scene; Wet towel can only play a buffer role, can not completely isolate the inhalation of toxic gases and smoke, if the fire occurs, there is no wet towel around, do not spend time looking for, save time and directly escape the fire scene.

Before the start of the drill, all employees swore under the leadership of Cheng Longlong, safety manager of Shanghai Jinqiao Construction Site, "For the safety of personal life, for the happiness of the family; For the development and honor of the enterprise, keep in mind the safety responsibility; Keep in mind the entrustment of relatives, fulfill their duties, love their work; Keep in mind the safety production policy and strengthen self-management; I will be highly responsible for the family and the enterprise, safe production, and make my own contribution!" At this moment, an inexplicable surging emotion resonated in the bottom of my heart.

As the staff lit the orange smoke, all the employees lined up in groups of 5 to enter the smoke shed, the smoke shed was dark, stuffy, and the road was narrow, and employees could only rely on touching the walls on both sides to identify the direction after entering, so as to further escape; The internal escape road is tortuous, if you go wrong, you can only return to find another way (in actual escape, this is a big mistake, delay the escape time, even reduce the chance of escape), which will test the mutual cooperation between employees; According to the requirements, employees need to find the correct exit within 1 minute, indicating that the escape is successful; If more than a minute and a half does not escape, it is considered "dead", and the staff will carry out search and rescue work. Each group of employees swore before entering that they would successfully challenge and win the reward, but the result was that the probability of successfully escaping was less than half. Most of the employees missed the best escape time because they chose the wrong escape route, which reflected the importance of being familiar with the escape route in the environment.
Subsequently, a fire extinguishing drill was conducted, which once again consolidated the knowledge of correct use of fire equipment, making employees more proficient in the correct use of fire extinguishers, greatly improving their firefighting ability. Many colleagues were enthusiastic about trying to use fire extinguishers. At the same time, I also learned the use and laying techniques of fire hoses. When laying fire hoses, I should try to avoid sharp objects and various oils as much as possible. When laying fire hoses vertically at a high place, I should know how to flexibly use the hose hooks. Under the demonstration of the teacher, everyone should actively try.
Through this drill, we aim to enhance the psychological construction of employees towards the fire scene, ensuring that they remain calm and not panic in the face of a fire; Further improve the ability of employees to escape fires and their ability to cooperate with each other.
