Compared with previous years, the most intuitive feeling of this year's training camp activities is that this activity is becoming more and more formal! In addition to normal grouping, a new tutor group has been added this year. The members of the tutor group are all senior supervisors within the company, with one tutor in each group. The members of the tutor guidance group can better achieve personal and team goals.
According to the three-year cycle outdoor plan for 2020, this year's outdoor activity is a hiking around the moat, which is also a rainy day. It is a sister chapter of the 2023 Outdoor Outdoor Expansion. However, with the company, it is not lonely, but it is still very interesting. Although it rains, the sun lives in my heart. That feeling is very nice!
