On the evening of December 16, 2023, a year-end party with sparkling lights and extraordinary liveliness was held in Acter’s Suzhou headquarters, with the theme of “ hand in hand, outshine in the future”. All employees, including those from different construction sites rushed to Suzhou to participate this feast. They gathered together happily to celebrate their hard-working and fruitful 2023, to bless the upcoming 2024 with full of hope. There were not only rich in prizes, but also wonderful programs, making people feel the passion and vitality of Acter’s people.
Before the dinner, the 2023 annual commendation Conference was held to award the honorable certificates to the colleagues who won the ranking in the mapping and computation activities and the mentorship system in 2023. The excellent teams, documenter, security managers are also awarded the certificates and bonuses successively, which fully affirmed their contributions. And the colleagues who have been working in the company for many years were awarded the "long-term Award", thanking them for their persistence and recognition, and sharing the glory through wind and rain with Acter. Flowers, applause and lights here are the best witness for their hard work over the year.
The party kicked off in the sound of joyful music, first by the general manager Mr. Zhu Qihua delivered a speech to summarize what the company has done in 2023 and what will continue to do, and then look forward to the next three years, with the company’s philosophy ‘to be better than once, do it right the first time, do it right every time.’ After that, Vice Chairman Chen Zhihao also summed up the achievements the company has made and indicated the direction of efforts in the future. He emphasized that, in order to achieve a long-term development and sustainable management, the company should retain talents and let employees learn to realize their values.
The programs at the party are wonderful and unusually brilliant. The first program is the New Year song "Gong Xi Fa Cai", which expresses the blessing of the New Year for everyone. The versatile members expressed their love for life and good wishes for the company with their self-directed artistic programs.
These programs included solo singing, group singing; lively dances and also humorous sketches, which added icing on the cake for the annual meeting, pushed the evening party to its climax time and time again. The employees on stage performed diligently, while the audience below also applauded and cheered incessantly. While enjoying dinner, all employees enjoyed the performance, and the entire party was lively and extraordinary. Finally, the party ended in a chorus of "Tomorrow Will Be Better"!
