In the spring of March, Acter welcomed a group of new members who have successfully passed the two and a half days of induction training, becoming a member of our Acter family. Their joining has injected new energy and creativity into our team, and we look forward to them realizing their potential and contributing to the development of the company in the coming days.
The new members come from different universities but have the same engineering major, and they will play an important role in their respective positions with their enthusiasm and professionalism. We believe that their arrival will bring new thinking and new technologies to our projects/departments and push our work to the next level.
From the name of new employee training courses, some are called new employee training, some are called pre-service training, and some are called pre-employment training. These names all have a distinct "former" tendency.
In fact, the training of new employees should be a long-term project, including two stages of centralized training before starting the job (hereinafter referred to as "pre-job") and on-site training after starting the job (hereinafter referred to as "on job"), and there is a progressive and continuous relationship between these two stages. New staff training is by no means in a certain period of time to draw a line can be ended, it can be said that as long as the new staff does not meet the requirements of the job, the training of new staff should continue, so it is a "protracted war".


Training courses should focus on the development of the company's corporate culture, expense reimbursement, the use of IT software, project construction management, safety and quality, internal system operation process, etc., and teach new colleagues in detail. Everyone also actively participates in the practical exercise and practical operation, combining theory and practice.
The construction safety class was the longest of the course, but the new employees kept their heads straight. It has been stressed, re-emphasized this year, that no harm to the environment, safety and zero disaster. Everyone is a work safety personnel, as work safety, keep safe. In courseware, it was combined with short video to promote the importance of safety, designed to remind every new employee to always keep the consciousness of safety first in mind.

At the end of the 2-day indoor training, we put on the company's T-shirts and went to Suzhou Xiangmen to start the half-day outdoor activities: from Xiangmen , Pingmen to Chang men, the new members communicate with each other, take photos, walking all the way around the Gusu City walk, through the walking process to strengthen the communication between the new members. Today we came to the Pingmen to play a team game, broke the prudence, let us more 'familiar' and the winning group also got Xiaomi charging treasure.
These two and a half days of training and outdoor activities, are treasured good times. In the future work, they all rush to the cities all over the world to do projects, the opportunity to meet again only happens when the company organized a big event. so everyone ,cherish the time of acquaintance!
